New No Limit BS 880 No. 31 under construction

No Limit Blauwe Stad 880, no. 31, is currently under construction. At the time of writing, the hull is being filled and sanded to ensure the surface is completely smooth and ready for the application of the first primer coat. This is an important step in the finishing process, as the primer provides proper adhesion for the final paint layers and protects the hull.

Meanwhile, our ship’s carpenter is busy manufacturing and installing the interior. Step by step, the various components are custom-made, fitted, and carefully finished. Once the interior parts are installed, they are sanded and coated with multiple layers of varnish to ensure a durable and high-quality finish.

Construction is progressing steadily, with work taking place simultaneously on both the exterior and the interior to keep the project moving forward according to schedule.
